NOTE: The 360 has a wider toe box than conventional men’s shoes. If your feet are particularly wide, consider the Men’s 360. Just make sure to adjust the size by 1.5 (for example, a men’s 8 is the same length as a women’s 9.5).

Caring for your 360s

To clean your 360s, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the 360 in the washing machine or dryer.

What can I do in the 360 ̊?

As a protective cross-training shoe, the 360 ̊ will help you tackle your most aggressive activities with confidence!

The omni-directional tread of the 360 ̊ gives superior traction, and rope climbing is more effortless with the rubber “grip ribs” on the upper.

Likewise, the lightweight, breathable mesh upper will have you jumping higher and scaling obstacles while enjoying the barely-there feel of the 360 ̊.

What’s different between the 360 ̊ and the HFS?

The 360 ̊ is a protective cross-training shoe for more aggressive exercise and activity.
The 360 ̊’s sole comes with an omni-directional tread for traction while jumping or scaling obstacles.
And the upper has “grip ribs” for effortless rope climbing and extra durability.

The HFS is lighter than the 360 ̊ , with a more breathable mesh for running.
The HFS’s sole has a tire tread-inspired sole that’s made to handle roads and have extra traction.
And the lining using “37.5” material, which is designed for extra moisture wicking.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

So comfortable - no pressure

I love how roomy these are. I got this style because it had a pivot point on the sole. I’m in a cardio dance class and a cross training class at the gym and they are perfect for both. I am wearing them everywhere! I’m also buying more.

1st pair of barefoot shoes

So far so good, what a great feeling to feel the ground so intently. Still early in the process as since this is my first pair of barefoot shoes I am still in the break in phase but so far I enjoy them immensely.

Easy exchange process to find the correct size. Once found, the shoes are just right. Comfy for extended periods of wear and comfy on a few trails so far too.

Quality control and customer service

Within 2 pair I bought, 1st pair had to return to size up to 8.5.. You guys did excellent job on return. Then second pair in same style, the 8.5 wouldn't fit, had to reorder.. You didn't offer easy exchange, I had to order 9.. They were too big. There is a quality control issue.. For same style, different color, the 8.5 should be consistent. I like the shoe but because of quality control issues and that no one would answer my emails, I'm disappointed with company and product

Only shoes I wear

I now own 13 pairs of Xero shoes, ranging from athletic trainers to sandals to hiking boots. Aside from dress shoes, they are the only shoes I wear. I discovered them after double bunion surgery 3 years ago. I believe I recovered full mobility faster as a result of the natural foot movements these shoes allowed. I now find that I have limited stability and nearly trip when I wear the typical “padded sole” trainers.
