Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

You can also take the Gift Certificate code and send it to the recipient.

Caring for your Zelens

To clean your Zelens, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Zelen in the washing machine or dryer.

sizing is wrong so is the company return policy

The size was too small even though i normally wear a size 8. I didn’t love the way they look and what’s worse is that the store policy is to charge you for returns, which is unfair considering there aren’t any stores where you can try them on.

Great Everyday Shoes

I have 5 pairs of Xero shoes - these are my "suburban" sneakers and they're great. Super comfy, wide enough for my super wide feet, and breathable! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I fear I can't put these in the wash like many other barefoot shoes I've bought. The cork is a little bit delicate and cleaning might be a spot-treat only deal.

Excellent shoe.

This is my first pair of Xero shoes. I’m recovering from bunionectomy surgery and I needed a shoe that would accommodate my new foot alignment as well the remaining, post-op swelling. These shoes are perfect in both regards. Both my feet are comfortable. My walking gait feels great as I continue to heal, and I feel like I’m walking on the beach. I’m happy with my decision to give Xero shoes a try.

Love these shoes!

I bought the cork in a 9, they're amazing! They look SO good. I haven't ran in them yet because honestly I don't want to get them dirty, they're so cute! I might have to get two pairs. One for running and the second for everyday use. I'm usually an 8.5/9 and the 9 fits great.

Obsessed with these shoes!!

The zelen gives plenty of room for my toes to spread out, while still being a very cute shoe! I went with the cork color and I find myself wearing these shoes with everything. This is my first time wearing minimalist, zero-drop footwear and my feet are loving it. I feel more stable and I'm having less hip and foot pain. I recommend giving these a try! They are even cuter in person. They fit true to size for me.
