Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

To clean your Denver’s, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting the Denver in the washing machine or dryer.

Great shoe

Gave these to my boyfriend bc they were too small for me. The shoes fit him great and are holding up well for someone who wears them all the time and who is rough with them.

I love the Denver shoes.

I love the Denver shoes. I've been wearing them walking and biking. The heat reflective insoles are great because I can take them out on warmer days. I am a barefoot girl all summer, but I really don't mind having shoes on if they are as light and comfortable as this and my ground feel is not compromised. They make me want to go on walks. Thank you.

Denver is one of my all time favorite shoes

I was skeptical at first but I am impressed with these shoes so far.I waited quite a while after buying these to write this review so that i could spend a decent amount of time in them through different seasons.They are sold as a winter boot and they did much better than I expected they would in snow and cold. Pretty warm actually and when the snow is dry they're fine. If things start getting wetter, they really aren't that water repellent. I did a hike in the fall through a lot of wet grass and my feet got soaked( and it took me a few days to dry the boots back out). I've contemplated putting a better waterproofing on them (like maybe Filson wax) but I'm concerned about making them too stiff.The shoes are super comfortable and they were straight out of the box. i think this is partially due to great canvas material. It's pretty soft (but has seemed durable so far) and flexes nice. I like the soles but I will say that for a winter shoe maybe a softer rubber might be less slick on the ice. I liked the idea of the reflective insoles for just a bit of extra padding and any possible help with heat retention but mine would never stay in place. They constantly pushed forward into the toe of the boot, so I tok them out. I had an old pair of Sorel winter boot liners made of felt (maybe wool or partially wool ?) that were coming apart so I used the liners that came with the Denver boots as a template to trace and cut out a felt liner. This stays in place amazingly and helps keep my feet warm but is maybe a little thick. I would like to see the Denver incorporate a thin wool (or maybe recycled material) felt liner to replace the one i received. I have some foot issues I'm trying to work through and trying Xero shoes is part of my plan to strengthen and hopefully help my feet. I like wearing these shoes so much that I continued to wear them as my main work boot through the summer. They were too warm for sure but better in my opinion than what other options I had at the time. I would like to get a pair of the leather Denver boots as a winter boot and oil them up to keep them pretty waterproof but every recent time I've looked on the website they haven't been available.I would also like to say that I think it would be amazing if you made a similar canvas version of this shoe without insulation for non winter use. They are like ninja shoes. One of the things I like best is that they are so simple. All black (or brown) without all the stripes and a barely readable logo. I know some people like everyone knowing what shoe they're wearing and I'm sure you want to advertise, but i know there are a lot of people like me who don't want to be a walking advertisement. I did buy 2 more pairs of Xero shoes that I plan on wearing for summer and so far i think I will like them. I will review after spending some time wearing them. The material doesn't seem as nice as the canvas and I will probably spray paint both pairs black for my own visual pleasure but maybe that's beside the point. Thanks for the great shoes and please make some more Denver's (and a non insulated version please!!).

Love my Denvers’

These are my go to winter boots in California. Look good in jeans and a flannel. Still get that close to the ground feel for your feet. Very flexible and super light weight. Warm footbed with a wide toe box. Can’t go wrong with any Xero shoes !

Looked like it could be a good boot.

I ordered the boot with strap, I received the boot without the strap. I fell in love with xero brand shoes because they fit my wide foot and I have never had a major issue with fit, but these just dont fit. They are very narrow compared to some of the other xero shoes I own. I sent them back.
